Well, the first demo had many issues that needed to be addressed, thanks to feedback from people that played it and there were issues with the jre as well as some shadows.
I decided to port the game to JME 3.1 that makes distributions a lot easier as well as some improvements that will make the game better for users. With 3.1 we can bundle the jre inside the application and the references are automatic so end users won't have issues running the apps.
The only downside? the zip file has increased. but stability and functionality for end users is the most important factor.
