MP Tanks 2D is large scale PVP (or PVAI) tanks game. With large maps and an elegant solution where a server will never be empty, AI can start a game and players can take their place throughout the game to keep the number of players static. Many game modes are included, singleplayer, multiplayer, and a co-op mode against AI are all possible and guaranteed to be included. User created maps on the scale of miles will exist and custom tanks, maps, and map objects can be created with the content pipeline and downloaded by the clients in-game. No ifs, ands, or buts. You join a server and any CC is auto downloaded. Of course, cross platform multiplayer will be included and maybe even console-pc cross platform multiplayer. Don't worry, the PC players won't be overpowered because there's a nice set of tradeoffs. A pc can control movement better but console-pc players can aim better.
