all WiP but looking great!
Well... finally...
hope villagers actually do something this time instead of wandering around aimlessly.
have them sweeping the floor, harvesting the crops, making break, washing clothes, sit in chairs, lean on walls, talk to each other with arm gestures.
make them look ALIVE.

I agree completely. Making world alive like that really, really enhances the experience. For example Skyrim, GTA V in these games you feel like you're in that world and I hope in Bannerlord I will feel like that too! :)
