Build your own fully functional robots and use them to slide, crawl, roll and fly your way through a large interconnected puzzle-world. Collect components such as wheels and rockets. Re-wire controls and change the configuration at any time during play to solve the puzzles at hand. Infiltrate the factories of the Mobiloid Corporation. Level design is Metroid-inspired, ie. folded on itself and progress made by exploration and power-up.

Argh! I'm having such a problem with building a 'car' that steers well enough to get through a timed maze (first one I've encountered about 55% through the game (according to my progress each time I rage-quit).

I have

  • 2 x mini-jet
  • 1 x turntable
  • 1 x El gun
  • 1 x topnut
  • 1 x flexer
  • 1 x twin wheel
  • 1 x monowheel
  • 2 x left wheel
  • 2 x right wheel

and the most successful combo I've got is

  • forward direction
  • MONO WHEEL
  • I
  • FLEXER
  • IengineI
  • LEFT WHEEL - TWIN-WHEEL - RIGHT WHEEL
  • (below)

And it's just a nightmare steering still... Any other thoughts?

Remove the twin wheel, you can go faster. I also tried to have all the wheels on one machine, but the twin wheel is slower than the separate wheels, which slows down the machine.

Also, use the top nut for the body, instead of the twin wheel.
