Mine Blocks 2 is a 2D block-based adventure game. While it can be compared to games such as Terraria and Minecraft, it has its own premise and gameplay. In this game, you are in a vast (infinite) world, forced to conquer nature in order to live. Gather the resources hidden within the planet to create and do anything out of the unlimited possibilities. The game modes will include survival, creative, and multiplayer.

I've continued following around with how the edges of blocks look. This caused some changes to the default dirt and stone texture - still works in progress for sure. Also did some smooth transition tests between dirt and stone.
Part of the problem here is performance. Recalculating these edges adds extra render time. I can cache stuff, but the nearby block calls and initial renderings will likely be a problem with speed. As with any experimental feature, these changes will end up as options in the settings menu.
