The addition of plagues and epidemics. Characters can get sick if they eat poorly, don't wear suitable clothing (from cold nights), get a infected wound or have bad hygiene. This could add a whole new branch of roles such as the plague doctor, medieval physicians, etc. Epidemics could also be a whole new approach to war, chemical warfare. Though, this is something that could be implemented far into the future, after the game has sandbox. |
