Majestic-12 indie mode is just a fun little effect you can turn on/off as you're playing. It converts the game into a pixel shooter style game from the dawn of the game's industry. We're considering adding in a chivo for beating the game like this, as well as adding some sounds to update the effect. Check out the video and let us know what you think!

I like the idea. After watching the video, it feels more like you're just adding a quick low-res filter over the game. I think it would be even better if this effect was only applied to the background while the main ojbects (players, npcs etc) get their own pre-rendered sprites that animate less often. Other than that, the game looks really fun!

Thanks, we're hoping some sound mods will help the effect as well.
