Jin Conception is a social deduction fantasy thriller turn based JRPG. Eight playable characters stories intertwine when three characters enter Final Layer and two vanish without a trace. One returns back from Final Layer but claims to not remember what happened. Who do you trust? Who is telling the truth and who is lying? Who is friend and who is foe?

Description

Vote on Friend or Foe is a social deduction mechanic in Jin Conception. At any time in the game when one is not in battle one can open up the player menu to vote on who is friend, foe, either or unknown. Unknown is the default choice and is always incorrect. Either means the character could be either friend or foe. This situation can occur when there is not enough evidence to prove one is friend or foe and that their fate is not pre-determined.

As the game progresses the votes will be recorded. The earlier one can figure out the correct allegiance of everyone the greater the prize/reward will be. The prize/reward will not be disclosed to the public at this time.

In the story pitch I mentioned there are eight playable characters but you will notice there are nine portrait slots in the Vote on Friend or Foe panel. This is intentional. The ninth portrait slot is a secret.
