Update details:
- Added keyboard control scheme for those who don't own a gamepad.
- Made buildings easier to destroy.
- When a building is destroyed, all police in the area will come after you.
- Fixed a bug that would cause the game to crash in rare instances when a building was destroyed before the decals attached to it were cleared.
- Fixed a glitch in the AI that would cause certain NPCs to get stuck on some objects.
- Fixed a minor issue with the pause menu.
