Update details:

Added keyboard control scheme for those who don't own a gamepad.
Made buildings easier to destroy.
When a building is destroyed, all police in the area will come after you.
Fixed a bug that would cause the game to crash in rare instances when a building was destroyed before the decals attached to it were cleared.
Fixed a glitch in the AI that would cause certain NPCs to get stuck on some objects.
Fixed a minor issue with the pause menu.
Various optimizations to improve overall game performance.
Ongoing: Adding more textures for different buildings.
Ongoing: Adding more items to the main city map.
