Gundam RTS is a free RTS game. It uses the Spring game engine and is currently in production. I make periodic releases and the game is very playable. It focuses on the one year war story which means no super mechs or effeminate boys. Just anime style humanoid robots shooting each other A LOT.
Now I cannot tell you that this is the BEST build order, or that I have the best base building. It is just the way it works for me. I wanted to help people have an idea how the devil and how the heck they can get started. Take this as a noobs guide. :P
I had to make it in a hurry, got a lot to do tonight.
Bear in mind when I say rush, I don't mean a large force I mean that odd 1 or 2 units that people tend to send right in as a scout. Fighting cheap unit spam requires merely having some units to fight them.
Thanks for the tutorials and I'll use that Shift + left click command :). I wanted to build walls but wasn't sure how you build more then one at a time.
I'll consider these tips when playing.

Very informative and to the point. I'm sure many wonder what they should do to get the "bare minimum" online so that they are ready to repel that first assault on their base and keep them in the fight longer. This video very much fulfills that need.

eh, im not sure if its just me or not but, i can't seem to rotate buildings or walls or anything, what key combo is it to rotate stuff like walls, factories etc.?
