We're working in a new day and night system , so dynamic lighting with UnrealEngine3 that is , it's not going to look so good , as with other systems UE3 has , but we will kinda use this system for levels that allow us . Day and night basic effects: when on night you will probably will have to use torches , since gota it's a game about aiming your enemy before swinging , it will be recomendable make one of your gladiators bring one , so " a torch bearer that is " . Other changes , Animals will have different behavirours and , other types of animals will be found , than the standart ones you would see in day light . We don't know about all the features yet we have to decide and see what will be the best options .
Here we have preview level with dynamic lighting , and as well as how the day night system will come around , the day and night will make the game have different variations. This lighting setting though will be kinda damaging on FPS , so maybe tweaking the options will be a good way to make it work alright.
