We spent some time this weekend implementing the weapon mechanics. Here is a very early preview of laser beams colliding with asteroids.
Still to implement/fix:
- Weapon layer depth (so that they aren't all above the ship)
- Weapon offsets (currently the weapons are a bit roughly placed)
- Limited rotation (currently all weapons can rotate 360 degrees - we would like to limit rotation for some weapons so that ship positioning plays more of a factor in combat.)
