I'm loving the destruction. Will destruction only be used cosmetically and as a means to chew up cover, or will there be an opportunity for some environmental kills, like blowing holes in some pillars and bringing a bridge down on masses of terminators?
well a destructible bridge sounds like a set piece mechanic and not a simulated one. there will be (both simulated and set piece) environmental hazards the player can trigger in the final game. but it's still on the to do list.
That is great news. Not enough games have environmental hazards. Even Bad Company 2 couldn't get that right. Thats why I love Crysis so much.
