Fortify 2 is coming along nicely. The latest devlog is out. I go over some of the newly added features, including fog of war, melee combat and magic!
The fog of war will add some nice gameplay mechanics for later. The melee combat is just a basic system. It works very well though, so it can easily be expanded upon as more units with unique abilities are added. The magic was a lot of work to get working correctly and well set up for future types of spells, but now, adding spells should be quick and fun!

After I finish level 3 Which should be in a few weeks, I'll make a demo available for download.
