Exo Miner is a procedurally generated, action based mining, exploration, construction and defence game. Travel to unexplored sectors of space, claim new sectors for mining, set up defences, buy new ships and drones then customise them to fit your play style. We have been busy working on the trading/economy and UI elements recently. We want to show some trading and building in our new video which should been coming soon.

The economy is now looking good, allowing players to mine resources and sell them at trading stations. Prices fluctuate and are be influenced by the resources in the sector the trading station is located in. If there is an abundance of a particular resource in a sector then there will not be much demand for that resource, so the price will be low in that sector. On the other had if there is a scarcity of resources in a sector the prices will be much higher because of the demand.

The player will be able to influence prices in a particular sector if they continually mine out asteroids or buy/sell the same resource over a prolonged period. Trading and jobs are also influenced by the abundance of resources, with requests for resources that are scarce or delivery to another sector.

We also have a new model for the asteroid crusher/refinery and will be showing this bad boy in action when the new video comes out.
