A multiplayer co-op adventure, Eternal Merchant takes place in a land of scattered settlements and city-states. Involve yourself in regional conflicts as a hired sword or sworn vassal, or leader of a fighting band. Otherwise, mind your own business as a shopkeeper in the big city, a trader with trusty cart, or just bake your bread and herd your sheep. Venture out as an explorer of the frontier or woo villagers to follow you in settling quieter lands. City-states and other actors have their own agendas and these parties vie for control with or without player intervention. Villages do suffer from harsh or unwise rule but with enough power and influence the player might make a lasting difference.
