Currently, I’m diligently at work on the dynamic night and day cycle for the game world. Soon I hope to have a video showing, among other things, the ominous celestial eclipses that happen twice a day on this strange planet. Of you who have taken interest in Eastshade since its humble unveiling two weeks ago, I know at least some are eager to see a video! But for now I’ve only this single morsel.

I would love to see a video! I'm keeping a close watch on this project.
From what I've read here and elsewhere, Eastshade will be aesthetically beautiful in every philosophical sense of the word aesthetic. The survival mechanics you've discussed are enchanting and will provide a focus for exploration, rather than taking away from it. Whilst we have our Proteuses and our Dear Esthers, the scope and AAA polish you're striving for will be ground breaking. Danny, your work and vision is inspiring! Don't you dare give it up!
