You play as a private eye, investigating the where abouts of a man who was reported missing over 2 years ago. You personally knew him for 20 something years and a strange letter in the mail sparks your interest. Recent reports have come in with people reporting strange activity near an old apartment complex. Sometimes even a silloute of a man can be made out in its third story windows. Everyone in the neighborhood knows the apartments were abandoned long ago and many people are expressing their concerns over the sightings. Your mind quickly jerks back to 20 years ago and you begin to fear the worst. If you don't investigate this yourself, you will be dooming your very existence. No one else can know. Only you...

The atmosphere is good, but there are a couple of things I didn't like. For instance, I couldn't enter my code into the phone because I don't have a numpad, and finding a key in a television was kind of random. Being FPSC, the framerate was low and the resolution doubly so. The voice-overs were a little quiet compared to mostly every other sound in the game and I didn't hear them most of the time.
I would say this game is, overall, a good experience based on how it looks and how it plays. If the developer continues to make horror games I will gladly continue to play them, as most of my gripes are insignificant. I look forward to their next endeavor.
