Hi all, quick update, this is the new main menu for Dinosaurs a Prehistoric Adventure. This menu is made to be simplistic so it would effective and easy to use.
Let’s start from the Top. The top middle is the title of the game
The top left is the score indicator. The score indicator shows how much score you’ve earned and the overall progression of the game. The more scores you have, the deeper you’ve gone through the game.
Below that is the “play game” menu. This menu would take you to the survival section of the game, which acts like dungeons that you’ll have to go through in order to complete the game. This section is the one that governs the score indicator.
Below that is the “Free Roam” menu. This menu would take you to the free roam section of the game. The free roam section, is a free roam mode in which you’ll be able to roam and explore the world. This section is made primarily for unlocking dinosaurs, therefore, it’s good for those who seek mild gameplay and just want to explore without worrying about missions. This section, however, does not contribute in adding scores.
Below that is the “Museum” menu. This menu would take you to the museum section of the game, which acts like an archive of every dinosaur playable in the game. (note: this section is still in concept)
Below that is the “Password” menu. This menu is where you could enter passwords that would act as cheats for the game.
Below that is the “Options” menu where you could tweak the game’s settings.
Below that is the “Quit” menu, which would quit the game
On the lower left is the “How to Play” menu. This menu will give you information on how to play the game. Keep in mind that the information given was for the “play game” and “free roam” only.
Below that is the “Credits” menu.
And finally below that is the "Reset" button. The reset button will reset the game to its original state. This function is primarily used for those who want to get rid of their cheat effects on the game.
