(NOT to be confused with the HD Remake by Crafty Studios!) "Die Nordlandtrilogie" developed by ATTIC was a series of three RPGs developed in the 90ies for PC and Amiga, based on "Das Schwarze Auge", Europeans most popular Pen & Paper fantasy setting. For more than a decade, the NLT was the best-selling European RPG game ever. Due to the loss of the source code and a very old, all remasters and re-releases by 2010 had lacked either the CD Audio music, the expert mode or other crucial features. In 2011, UIG hired Homegrown to create a 100% functional and expanded remastered version in cooperation with the ATTIC producer Jochen Hamma and the German NLT community. This time the quest was completed: Including all content ever officially created for the original games and additionally new heroes, stories and background information, it became the most successful "Play Indie" game ever. Used copies from the first release batch in fall 2011 are traded between 50 and 150 Euros!
