When you let us know about a bug, there's some basic information you can provide to help us debug the issue, but the best thing you can do is provide us with the output_log.txt file.

Where do I find the output_log.txt file?
In the game's directory (where the dws.exe is), it'll be in the dws_Data directory.

How do I include the log in a forum post?
This is a bit tricky, since IndieDB doesn't allow users to attach files to posts. In most cases, the log file will be too big to copy and paste directly into a post either. A good alternative is to use a service like Pastebin.com to share the log efficiently.

What other information should I provide?

• A detailed description of the bug
• What were you doing when the bug occured?
• Which scene did the bug occur (main menu, a particular game level, etc)?
• Basic system specs (CPU, GPU, RAM size, OS version). dxdiag is a good tool to get this information
