What is Epocu?
So I have been searching all over the net for ways to promote our game. Especially when it comes to doing crowdfunding campaigns and getting on platforms for things like steam. In my journey for discovery I found this pretty cool website to let you know if your game is even worth the time.
It is call Epocu and it is way simpler than you could imagine. If you think a game is worth the time to develop, you just support it with any of your social networking platforms. No money no time. You could even win prizes. The end game? You offer the developer a chance to give a message on the platform you choose(moderated by Epocu) to help spread the word about the game. Only if they meet their supporters goal.
I think it is a great idea and it helps garner some real incite and what we as developers should consider before going forth with our project. So if you think our game is worth a anything please support our campaign on Epocu.com.
