Daydreamer is an adventure RPG game about a teenager who finds himself victim of nightmares and bad dreams quite often! The day of the annual carnival in the town, he meets a childhood friend who is now a profesional archeolgist. She drags him into an abandoned cave and asks him to help her with her latest archaeological research on the place. Then the adventure unfolds and he finally finds something really unexpected!

Do you have any problems on playing the game? No worries! This is a walktrough of the demo that will help you out with the game.

Warning: Huge spoilers ahead!


1st Scene


First interact with the envelope on the first floor, located on the desk to read the move controls and some other instructions.

  • Bonus: Read the book for some bonus parts of the game.

Then you can get out of the house. Near the house is a dragonic creature standing on a stone sculpture. You have to talk to it in order to save your progress. You can save whenever you want by talking to it.

Next you should talk to the mother who gives you 20 Galions, and then you can go on, by visiting the town.

  • Bonus: East of your home is located an abandoned house. You can smash the door by interacting with the door long enough so that the specific option comes up. Then, to get the bonus note, walk straight forward inside the cabin and then leave through the same way. If you' ve already read the book in your room, you will now take part in an extra scene after meeting your friend.

Bonus Scene


Once you are done with the conversation, head upstairs and buy the only book you can with the rest of your money. Next you can keep on with the following scene.

  • Hint: This book is a key item on the complete version of the game.

2nd Scene


At the beggining of the second scene, you can find another dragonic creature. This is where you may save your progress.

  • Notice: You can't save if you haven't alredy talked to the first one.

To open the wooden door on the main room of the cave, follow the steps bellow:

  • First go in the bottom right room and interact with the dirt box. There you can find a chest key.
  • Once you've gotten the key, go outside and open the chest to get a pickaxe.
  • Use the pickaxe in the first cave room on the wall crack to get access to a new room. In this room you can find an armor and a journal. The armor will be useful later.
  • On the top right room there is another crack on the door. Use the pickaxe once more to get inside. In this room you can find a chest with a number pad. The code to it is 2711, which is the date of an important day to the writter of the journal. In the chest, you can find the door key.

Inside the new area, you can see a grey bleached door. Interact with it long enough to find the message written on the door. To unlock the door, go to the room with the soldier armor, inspect the armor, open its right hand and press the button. This shall unlock the grey door and you can procced.

  • Notice: All the other choises on the armor will lead you to a trap.

This is where the demo ends.

Golden Stones

There are 3 golden stones in the demo, which will acquire you an achievement. This is where you can find them:

  • To the right of the grassland there is a river. You can find a statue of a monk near the riverside. By pushing its belt, you get the first golden stone.
  • In the main area of the cave of dreams, you can find a box full of golddust. Inside the box is another golden stone.
  • The most hidden of the golden stones is located in the bottom right room of the cave, inside the stone pillar. Interact with it to get the stone.

Easter Egg

By interacting with the grave cross in the grassland near your house 5 times, you get an easter egg.

  • Notice: Deadly stuff will occur. ;)
