Description

Dark Dealings is a unique game about the sinister underworld of commerce set in a delightfully playful environment with many quirky characters. On this epic journey, you will start your experience out on the streets. You will need to make your way in this life with a keen business sense, a lack of morals and a lot of luck while embracing arbitrage.

History

Work on Dark Dealings started around November 2019 originally, it was a re-imagining of an old game called DopeWars, a fun point and click trading game along with some influences from Sensible Software and DMA Design that was thrown in for good measure.

At that time Dark Dealings only had a Top-down camera and exploration was confined to a small area. It wasn't until tunnels were added that a different view for the vehicles was required. We realised it was what the game needed and that was the moment this small game that was nearly complete turned into the project it is now.
