Mouse lag/input issues? | Locked | |

Hello! I recently purchased Damned and when I went to play it I noticed something that I initially thought was low FPS since my mouse would skitter across the screen in the menus, I now realize that it wasn't a FPS issue but the mouse itself is not being picked up and tracking inside the game window in any reasonable way. It's nearly impossible to get it to move unless you slide the mouse far and it shoots across the screen and its generally a nightmare that makes going through menus so frustrating I haven't even actually played the game yet. My computer is definitely able to run the game with high fidelity and my mouse is a DeathAdder Respawn 3500DPi edition. I have no issues with other games and none whatsoever to do with the mouse lag/lack of input. Thanks in advance for any suggestions! |

It is always happening when you open the game or only after a section? Can you see the FPS at the menu and inside the game? |

It always happens sadly, and my FPS is definitely fine and the sensibility option only makes it jump further and less accurately for some reason. Also, I tried to get into the game and it crashed to desktop, maybe these issues are related? |

Can you play the game normally? You can try update your video card driver. |

The game crashes to desktop for me when I try to enter the game. I've updated my drivers and it hasn't changed anything. I'm using a 560Ti and running on a 64bit system. The update made no difference to the state of the game and the mouse stuttering/skipping and game stability. |

I as well have this issue. To further give detail the game has worked fine for me until the last two updates(0.44a and 0.44c), not sure which one changed it as I didn't try it in between. I'm playing this on a laptop with Optimus which I suspect to be at fault. FPS ingame is locked to 60 fps but the mouse is most definitely not 60. The mouse I use is a Logitech G9X. Yea same here. I'm using a Logitech, and everything is fine but the mouse, which in game and in menus seems to teleport across the screen |
