Just waiting for the related article to go live. Yeah the jumpy/laggy-ness you mentioned is just the combination of cycling through the animations, and the compression/video capture. I can assure you the animations look as smooth as a babies bottom in-game ;)

very nice! don't quite understand the shaking hands that way, looks kinda odd. By this i mean when u loosen up that way you shake your hands from side to side open hand, but on ur model he clenches and releases. Just think it looks odd.

Excellent model and textures.
And the animation looks very smooth, indeed. You can tell where the compression flaws are.
The only thing I notice to be lacking are some random movements from a single projection. For example, stretching one leg, moving the head from side to side, cracking the neck vertebrae, looking up or scratching the back of the head. But, of course, these may not be all of the animations.

Thanks for the support! Indeed, these arn't all of the planned idle animations. But our plan is to get a little of everything in place, and to later add more variation in animations and combat moves.
