Bloody Trapland won't launch Thread - Bloody Trapland

Since the last update of Bloody Trapland I can no longer start the game. When I updated it said that I had to re download the game. After I did that, whenever me and my friend try to start Bloody Trapland it will not start. I don't get an error message and once I hit launch, I see a little loading window open for about a second then close, I don't see anything else from the game. It's like it doesn't launch. I tried changing the name of the save file in case it was the problem of a corrupted save but that changed nothing. There is nothing in the error log except some fairly old crashes from July which I'm pretty sure aren't connected. Losing my progress in the game doesn't concern me but I want to play with my friend, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

please try reinstalling the game. Some people have had issues with Desuras patching cache sense the latest patch.
Make sure to delete this folder first: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Desura\Cache\games" OR try installing from the standalone.

While downloading Bloody Trapland again to install it, it said that it couldn't connect to the server and gave me the code [59.0]

Can't say why, thats a Desura issue, try the restarting client or download the standalone instead.

After the third try of downloading and installing it, there were no errors with the server and it finished; however, whenever I right click and hit launch I get a blue spinning wheel next to my mouse showing that it is processing for a second, but nothing opens and the task manager doesn't say anything new is starting as well. Any other ideas?

The stand alone download worked, I saved it in program files (x86) / desura / cache / bloody trapland after re installing desura. Thank you for your help.

I've been having issues getting Bloody Trapland to launch at all. It just finished installing for the first time and I've hit "launch" more times than you can count and it won't launch.

sounds like a Desura client issue, so i can't say for sure why you are having troubles.

try running the game without the client. Either install the standalone or go to you're Desura/common -folder and launch the bloody trapland.exe directly.

when i put in my cd key at the begging of the game and it says press enter i do and nothing happens at all, no loading lighn no nothing what do i do?

Sounds like a connetion issue. Make sure that you have allowed bloodytrapland.exe internet access in both windows firewall and any third-part programs you may have.
Also, if using a proxy, make sure to set it up correctly in your windows internet options.
(Control panel -> Internet options -> Connections ->Lan Settings)
