Description

BlockShot Champion It is a chaotic and fast paced single screen platformer where you are equipped with a shield and some bullets. It offers competitive multiplayer gameplay that mixes elements from Towerfall, Super Meat Boy, and arcade classics. You play as a block whose goal is victory. The playing field is always even, so precise skill and timing are the only way to ensure success. The core game mode is based on survival: the player must survive the onslaught of other blocks in an attempt to be the last block standing. Alternative competitive modes build from the core, adding new objectives and different abilities, to offer a wide variety of gameplay options.

History

I first began making games, when I was 13, with Reality Factory. Even at a young age I felt a real connection to the projects I was making, and the industry surrounding it. Over the years I drifted towards web development, as I saw it as a more realistic career choice but in early 2016 I felt it was time to reconnect with my video game development roots. BlockShot Champion is the result.
