Blaze is a retro/minimalistic styled sci-fi first person flight/shooter action game. The game can be played almost single handedly with just mouse. It's about shooting a lot of alien things (in semi-randomized missions?). The alien things are trying capture all your base, and have already captured at least half of it. You have to defend the base and capture the alien controlled areas back. Or something like that...
Testing it ingame..
The other hand is in a bit wrong place, since it used the animations meant for the earlier pulse rifle, which has the front handle kinda far away.
Good job on the base model - a typical descriptor for this type of weapon is "Anti-material."
Anti-tank does sound more bad-***.
I like the fierce external look. But...might just be me - the 1st person view seems...well, smallish.
Doesn't look small to me, the barrel is way out there indicating the shear size of the thing. Unless you mean not thick enough?
The 2 bottom images in 1pv...you dont really get a sense of barrel length. But then 1pv has issues like that unless you animate tipping the gun up for reloading or some such.
It's "Anti-Materiel"... Anyway, inspiration sources at world.guns.ru were listed as "Anti-Tank". Anti-Tank is apparently an older name.
I'll try to get the barrel more visible in first person view...
No big worry...I just tend to obsess over small details.
I'm happy you redid the other gun model. They used to look so much alike. Man, I'm getting stoked for this project. Is there any kickback for a weapon this giant?
