A full hefty update, from tweaking stuff under the hood, to visual goodies and new options, including a new powered up perk for Pecan.

We've
added some new Cosplay Colors, fixed up some "bullet time" glitches,
added new options/features, re-worked the Tutorial mode and even added a "powered up" perk for Pecan
for those going for a second (or third) run through.

To say the least, this "Powered Up Update" for Banzai Pecan 1.1.0 adds quite a hefty pack.
