Originally I wanted the dog catcher's net to dip from above in an arc, however catching the dog in the net proved challenging and clumsy. So, I decided to have the net dip down on the unexpecting and replace the arc obstacle with the newly added Clothesline cat that swings from above on, you guessed it, a clothes line :)
