Takes the Mutant Chronicles: Siege on the Citadel and attempts to recreate it in Alien Assault. Theres similarities between this and both the Space Crusade and Space Hulk board games so why not!
Looking at Alien Assault it occurred to me that with some tinkering it might be possible to do a semi-passable conversion now that I have been helpfully pointed to the file I'd been overlooking... aheh...
After writing up my original review of Mutant Chronicles: Siege on the Citadel over at BGG it was suggested some simmilarities between this and both the Space Crusade and Space Hulk board games.

Renaming the weapons is the first and easiest step.
Assault Carbine=Plasma Carbine
Punisher Shortsword=Power Sword
Gehenna Puker=Flamethrower
Violator Sword=Lightning Claws or Thunder Hammer?
Nimrod Autocannon=Vulcan Cannon
Which leaves one light and one heavy melee weapon unasigned. Maybee the Mortifactor Sword from the Sinkadus magazine expansion... hmmm...
Renaming the squads and aliens poses the next task.
Necromutants or Centurions seem the best option for the aliens. With the Nepharite Overlord replacing the Swarm leader. The Ezoghoul would be a great choice too if the leader had a ranged attack option.
Character graphics is the next and biggest hurdle to overcome. Will take a little tinkering to hit on a viable base body type and helmeted head. But Bauhaus has at least as do most of the other corperations. For this reason I'll likely focus on Bauhaus first to see if its viable.
Map tiles are the last problem and somewhat more easier than the characters. All of the in-game sprites work fine and extras can be likely created from scans or recolours.
Thats the current project.
If anyone has any equipment or sprite ideas please speak up!
