It is a very nice game if you like the turn-based tactics game. And if you do, be aware that you might become an addict to this game. Also the realism mod enhances the experience. Very well done.
This game is a nice idea and is well-made, the only thing I don't like is that even the slightest battles takes too long time.
Very nice game. I really enjoy the tactical battles. The maps are large and provide plenty of room for maneuver. And the AI is quite good. The AI uses the terrain very effectively and employs a variety of weapon load outs, which keeps that battles fresh. I give the game an 8 for the battles alone.
I also appreciate the attention to weapons, ammo, etc. Creating and arming your squad - and then keeping them alive to gain skill and experience - is a sub-game all its own.
With leads to my only complaint. Because even a small battle can take a long to time fight, the campaign can be a very long affair. I'd like to see an autoresolve feature or a setting to reduce the size of campaign battles.
Overall, a very pleasant surprise.
Great game, if you like steampunk/victorian era as I do this is the game for you! Yes still needs some polish, but I am confident this little gem will become a classic!
