We're of course an indie development team in which come together to create multiple projects remotely and locally across the west side of the world! Like all fellow developers we are in need of people in order to facilitate the creation of media content and games, of course! This ad is targeted towards 2D Artists. Particularly those who can make everything from Character, Concept, Animation, Graphic Design, and others.

Any specific projects? Yes, we have already published a game called Oka the Neko for Mobile Devices (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.unity.okatheneko&hl=en) and are working on a current title focused on horror. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wANFanRpiK0) as well as need some redesigns and art assets to update our website when needed (http://www.cupofteagames.com) and our Youtube Channel as well.

Keep in mind that we focus on a Rev Share model for now and have plans to upgrade such with plans on crowdfunding campaigns such as Patreon. We do include benefits as negotiable accreditation, source of recommendation, promotion of portfolio, etc. So if you're okay with that then you are the right person for us!
Schedules :
First off, we know how it is to join a team and have absolutely no idea what to do or have a vague understanding of what to do. So to solve that we have to-do lists and means of communication that connects the whole team together. Since we're human and have a life to live, we have flexible schedules that could adjust to your lifestyle although we have weekly meetings so be ready for that. So as soon as you join and depending what's your predetermined destiny, you'll instantly have things to do. Time Zone is GMT(-4) generally and do weekly meeting via skype in Thursdays. The rest is specified via interview.
