A Hackers' Hunt is a platforming game with an emphasis on co-op, in which you take on the role of two hackers trying to retrieve the files that were stolen from your computer. You steal back your files bit by bit in four hazardous environments on your adversary's PC. Dig even deeper, and you might encounter even greater challenges!

A Hackers' Hunt is the first game by BlauwPrint, a newly founded game development studio consisting of two students from Groningen, the Netherlands, currently housed in the brand-new incubator Indietopia. The incubator has an in-house publisher which we're currently working with to get AHH to the masses. :)

This game was created by our desire for a very specific experience: sitting on the couch with the two of us and having a nice evening with beers and a co-op game. With a lot of the previous games we've played, we've stumbled upon certain things that made the co-op just a bit less pleasant.

Among these things were being dead and waiting for the other player to revive you, having to unlock a co-op mode or levels, and the replay value being gone when you'd beaten the game because it was very story-based.

A Hackers' Hunt was created to hopefully tackle any or all of these problems, because you never have to wait during gameplay, all the content is within reach of players from the first playthrough, and random-generated levels with increasing difficulty will (again, hopefully) make the game fun for many hours.

Because AHH is aimed at playing in such a setting, we really recommend you to try it out, if possible with a friend, and just play through it a couple of times. The graphical part may not be up to par everywhere, it's a bit segmented because most enemies have been renewed and the backgrounds are still quite old. We hope people will appreciate the game by seeing how awesome it is at its core!
