3079 is a futuristic, open-world action first-person role playing game. You arrive on a planet experiencing constant war. It is your duty to find out why the warring factions cannot find peace on their own & hopefully restore it yourself. All areas, buildings, items, quests and characters are randomly generated. You will find unique lands & challenges. I hope you enjoy it! "Just want to say again that this is a great game! For those of you who feel like its a minecraft copy just beacuse of the cube textures used you really need to rethink what a game is about! The game play of 3079 is nothing like minecraft it is pretty unique as well as how the weapons all have diffrent stats and colors kind of reminds me of Borderlands. However it is still an original idea for a game and i still play it from time to time. You should at least try the demo and if you like it please buy it and support fruit! :D Still give it a 9/10 ! Omg, after reading this suggestions section, I had one of those moments where a light bulb goes off in your head and you smile uncontrollably. Alright, so the idea is, you can use the construction tools to build yourself a sort of house/bunker and maybe using the Follow function, bring merchants or people to your bunker and release them from your control and have them maybe take it over, causing them to spawn there. I especially like this idea for those times when you're wandering and can't find an allied building to sell or take a break in. This would also be helpful for moving your allies, keeping them on the frontlines with you as you move out. I understand this would probably be a huge update and i don't expect it you to drop everything to work on it :P. I also just want to say, I think it is incredibly awesome that you're an indie developer (I love indie developers) and that you're so dedicated to it! I always feel like when the creator is too good to talk to his customers, he comes off as a bigwig just concerned with money hogging. I always love when i type in 3079 and i see you on a random forum, gives me a good laugh. Keep doing what you're doing Phr00t it's obviously working :P. Oh and thanks for considering my suggestion .

I like the idea, I feel as it is you can build yourself a giant castle, but you would be incredibly lonely, and being such a loyal trooper for your team would gladly allow it to become a base for your faction. I agree that you'd need to tell units to follow you and bring them there before anyone could spawn, as otherwise it would enable you to instantly purchase living beings, which wouldn't make sense. Perhaps a blank identification block, like the ones that say "H" or "N" respectively, could be purchased, and could be enabled by an NPC that's following you, to prevent you going out to pick up an NPC and coming back to find a Neander wandered in. There would have to be a way of enabling all of the connected blank faction blocks though, as well as figuring out a system to spawn characters within player made structures. As you said, it would take quite a big update just for this feature, but it would add great depth and enable you to assist your team in more ways than just killing enemies. (Sorry about the reply being a little late.) Certainly, Phr00t looks towards the bright future, and this might just be in that future, but it probably isn't possible for the time being.
