3079 is a futuristic, open-world action first-person role playing game. You arrive on a planet experiencing constant war. It is your duty to find out why the warring factions cannot find peace on their own & hopefully restore it yourself. All areas, buildings, items, quests and characters are randomly generated. You will find unique lands & challenges. I hope you enjoy it! "Just want to say again that this is a great game! For those of you who feel like its a minecraft copy just beacuse of the cube textures used you really need to rethink what a game is about! The game play of 3079 is nothing like minecraft it is pretty unique as well as how the weapons all have diffrent stats and colors kind of reminds me of Borderlands. However it is still an original idea for a game and i still play it from time to time. You should at least try the demo and if you like it please buy it and support fruit! :D Still give it a 9/10 ! Thinking about the fact you can currently equip more than one generator and battery at a time, I have an idea on how to "fix" this and simultainiously add in some more awesome equipment.

Basically you'd have eight Cybernetics Slots. Each item would take up one, and you could put ANY item in there that normally isn't considered equipment or a weapon, but can be "equipped", and would logically fit on a cyborg. (IE generators and batteries, visors, antigrav packs). To add something to a cybernetics slot Engineering might be used.

With this, there might come other items, like new kinds of visors (Thermal, Xray, Sonar) that bypass certain limitations of normal vision but simultainously have limitations of their own. Thermal would cause temporary blindness around "hot" objects, Xray would see through walls but be considered hostile, Sonar would see excellently through walls but also cause demons to drag you in faster and easier.

Furthermore, entirely new classes of items, such as jetpacks (using the antigrav key), winged jetpacks (same), Toggled Speed Enhancers (increases speed and relevant stats and skills while draining batteries), Armor Implants (ALWAYS cause stamina damage when installing or uninstalling, but adds defense), Regenerative Shields (Expensive, and takes battery power from "Current Energy" stat to recharge when used up), and so on.

I see this as both causing power scaling to not happen so fast, and also as adding enough features to make the "nerf" seen well in the eyes of the players. Additionally, if someone really wants to, they can put up to four batteries and four chargers in while neglecting other areas.

Interesting idea... but I don't really see how it would be different than the current setup. You can activate and deactivate items as needed (visors / antigrav packs etc.) without the concept of "Cybernetic Slots". Sounds more like you have some new item ideas (visors, shields etc.). I do plan on getting to some energy shields with the next release...
