I'm busy editing this model, need to do some fix ups and make it more "Kite shield" like and less "Templar" like....update will be posted when I'm done.
...."Smooth" is not an option in blender unless I add multires, which would cause greater lag on the engine, which is something I'm trying to keep to a minimum.
What? You don't need multires for smooth. What are you talking about? That subsurf however is going to create alot of performance issues . Add a sphere, press "T", press Smooth under the shading tab. No "multires" needed. Are you planning to have "flat" models with shitload of subsurface applied?
Calm down.I understand what your saying.howver be advised I've on been using blender for a while, usually I use 3ds however, like I've stated before-I'm learning something new in blender everyday,so thanks for the assistance like having a decent amount of multires however,I do not over do it....I'll be sure to use smooth shading now.Thanks.
Yes, sorry. I did not mean to come off that way. I undestand that there are quite a few differences from 3DS and Blender, i've tried to switch over to 3DS my self and i find it very confusing.
Best model yet

I love Templars, and their equipment, but this is NOT a Templar one, and its not even a historical one... Kite shields had different shape.
i like the templar look, but kite would be more appropiate to the timeline
Protip: Turn on "smooth"
He done that to show the curvature, if you look it is not flat.
