You can place walls in-game with more control by using the [ and ] keys. (more control than click-dragging to rotate)

The Persians weren't known for having a good defense, they were known for their offense directed armies. Then again they may have just switched to offense in the middle ages. Nevertheless this is still historically accurate to a Persian 300 BC to 1500 AD wall.

True, but the cities of the Persian Empire were already fortified when they took them. Check out Alexanders siege of Tyre for example.

A very true and valid point. Which asks the question, will the Persians be the Cavalry* powerhouse they were historically and in Age of Empires 1+2, or will they be the Naval powerhouse they were historically and in AoE 1+2. *Cavalry Archers are a part of the normal cavalry category to me and as such are taken into consideration.

I find it kinda sad that the persian civalisation has been underated so much, and mainly is revered to as "the bad guys". (no names to blame, especially not the name of the movie 300...) Ahummm

I think people, especially those of Iranian descent, will be pleased with how we represent the Persians in 0 A.D. I hope so at least. :)
