Tractor beam turret Thread

I want to add new FOC hero, but i have a problem with abilities. Any default star destroyer hero has Tractor Beam ability, but some heroes in my mod needs more abilities.
So, I want to remove Tractor Beam ability and replace it with a turret. Is it possible to make space projectile, that reduces ship speed? It works on ground vehicle (MAL), but when i been try inject MAL Carbonite Missile XML code into Projectiles XML, it dosn't works.

If i can add this feature, it frees additional slot for new hero ability, and makes star destroyers more cool and realistic.
