RTS Game - Looking for a Team Thread

Hello all,

I am in the process of gathering a team to work on a RTS demo. The name of the game is War 4 Water. The game is set in 3D and the environment immerses the player in a post-nuclear holocaust setting. The game idea has been posted at this location Indiedb.com and has received some good feedback. The entire design document is currently available at the following location: W4W DD.

So the immediate need for the team is as follows:

• 1x Game Designer - Prior experience in a RTS game/mod team would be very helpful. You will be tasked mainly with developing the Tech-trees and fleshing out any details needed to enhance the game-play.
• 1x 3D Artist - For modelling the units, buildings, weapons and animating them.
• 1x 2D Artist - Designing the game HUD, menus, etc.
• 1x Programmer - Experience in C# is a must.

The current goal is to complete a simple demo and to gain game design experience, so no payment is being offered. The eventual goal will be to go commercial, in which case revenue would be shared.
