questions about modding, also cant get game mod to work PELASE HELP! Thread

I was told no, but to ask in the forums so I am. Do you fix mods or have a service to get broken mods to be playable?

Do you make mods for pc games for a price?

I cant get medmod4 to work with call to power 1, can someone show me how to get it to be playable? also same thing with cradle4 mod for call to power 2. it worked before when I played it previously but now it wont work and every time I try to load or launch the mod a direct x error pops up on my laptop saying "you must support 16bits per pixel at a resolution of 800x600 or higher"
