Need for Speed 3 Hot Pursuit 1998 (PC Version) Requested MOD ! Thread

There used to be a MOD that Decreased the Tonnage (weight) of traffic Vehicles in this game making it very EASY to navigate the tracks....

INSTED of the head on collisions stopping one in there tracks the traffic vehicles bounced off as if being swatted like a fly.

PLEASE IF ANYONE HAS THIS MOD PLEASE UPLOAD IT WITH DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS (a Readme.txt file) So that i may enjoy this games as i once did back in the day !
