How to Transfer Ownership to Different User? Thread

I have a mod page from a few years back that I am no longer active on, whats the best (and easiest way) to transfer ownership to a new account?

If you want to transfer ownership of a mod to someone, if you don't have a group profile already you should make one. Once you do, edit the mod profile so the author is the group profile you've created.

Then invite the user you want to manage the mod profile to your group, and give them the admin privileges to manage the group and related mods once they've accepted the invitation. You should then be all set to go!
