Atrocious Download Speed Thread

So, I'm not sure if it is happening to everyone but my download speeds that used to be the limit of my internet are being gated horribly at 200KB/s or less... almost feels like I'm using one of those God Awful file sharing websites that yell "BUY PREMIUM OR SUFFER"...

None of the Mirrors help, to be honest if I try other mirrors it goes even slower than the automatic one most of the time... I really just can't leave the PC on for 1 day and 2 nights just to download a single STALKER mod, that is beyond insane.

And no, it's not my internet, it happens that sometimes it falls or becomes slow but it haven't happened anytime soon and it's quite excellent lately so it's not that. Been hosting games and downloading from other places at top speeds without issue so I assume something is wrong with the downloads here exclusively.

Bump cause it's still happening and I WANT to download mods...

FIXED IT: Problem wasn't moddb and possibly not even my ISP, apparently something got fucky on my PC... but I fixed with "netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal" (Without the " ")
