Age of mythology proto modding questions? Thread

has anyone here use proto modding for age of mythology??

im using the cd version of aom.

Am i allowed to add random numbers to create units an heroes to proto modding?

do i need blender an such to create units an heroes? making maps is easy. but, creating units im not sure yet before i start.

does it matter what they are called when creating them?
