Cr Editor will be a simple and easy to use level editor made with Ogre3d engine. It will be released for free with an open source license when it will be in beta stage. The Ogre community hopefully will fork or extend the project providing a better tool to everyone.
Planned features for Alpha:
-Object editor: transforms, general properties
-Basic editor for lights, object material and particle systems
-Terrain editor: elevation tools, painting, heightmaps import/export.
-Entities tree
-Level options
Proposed Features:
-Scripts support (binding only)
-Level testing
Estimated completion date: March 2013
But probably an alpha version will be out for testing in 2012.
