Get the launcher for "The Starving Tournament", with the Launcher you will always get updates for the latest versions of the game (windows x64 only at the moment)
Unfortunately there is a problem with the launcher and the new version, you cannot push "Play" to start the game, because the games exe was renamed. you have to start The Starving Tournament.exe manually after downloading and it will work fine.
This will be fixed in next update by renaming the exe again
