TBT Chapter 4-1 file

Same as the chapters before a compressed windows file double click the zip to open it, then drop TBT chapter 4-1 in Amnesia the Dark Descent/redist/custom stories. This is a little DLC to the other chapters and Chapter 4 continue, so don't play this until you've finished Chapter 4 DLC or you'll skip much of the story. Well unless if you hate hospitals though..., this is in beta though any bugs be reported so I may fix that. Please note there is a area which may require a better performance computer, don't know for sure.
